Fielding a Full Squad: You must field a full roster of starters each week with active players, assuming they are on your roster. Exceptions are made for bye weeks and legitimate injuries. Failure to do so is considered "Throwing a Game" and may result in penalties.
Scoring Adjustments (from Yahoo! Default):
Passing Touchdowns are increased by 1 point to 5 points.
Interceptions are increased by 1 point (more punitive) to -2 points.
Performance Bonuses added for high yardages (Introduced in 2013).
All scores are rounded to the nearest yard; no fractional points will be awarded.
Draft Format: The league will utilize a snake pick 'em draft format.
Keeper Players: Each owner may keep 2 players annually, regardless of position. Player ownership duration is unlimited.
Keeper Selection: Your 2 keeper players will be automatically assigned as your first two draft picks.
Destination Draft: A destination draft will be planned biannually*. The location will be determined jointly by the reigning champion and the League Commissioner.
Draft Order Determination:
Non-Playoff Teams (7th-12th Place): Draft order is determined by inverse order of regular-season finish (7th picks 1st, 8th picks 2nd, etc.).
Playoff Teams (1st-6th Place): Draft order is determined by inverse order of playoff finish (6th picks 1st among playoff teams, 5th picks 2nd, etc.).
Overall Draft Order: The overall draft order combines these, with non-playoff teams drafting before playoff teams: 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 6th, 5th, 4th, 3rd, 2nd, 1st.
Custodianship: The league champion will possess the official league trophy for the duration of their reign.
Exchange Responsibility: Both the outgoing and incoming champions are responsible for coordinating the transfer of the trophy.
Trophy Engraving: Each champion is obligated to engrave their name and the championship year on the trophy.
Annual Buy-In: A $200 annual buy-in is required from each team owner.

Commissioner Fee: A $1 yearly fee is collected by the commissioner for their personal enjoyment and efforts.

Teams will be locked following the draft until league dues are received, unless a specific agreement has been made with the commissioner. The commissioner reserves the right to delay due collection for any reason.
Game Time Waivers - All unowned players will be placed on waivers at their scheduled game start time.
Waiver Priority - FAB Waiver system has been implemented (2025)
All eligible players will be dropped into waivers at the induction of the first game of that calendar week.
Players on a bye week will be placed on waivers on Monday night at 5:30 PM Pacific Time.
Draft Pick Trading (In-Season): Trading of future draft picks is not permitted during the regular season. Informal agreements can be made during the offseason to be processed after the draft, but these are at your own risk.
Sequence Trading: Prohibited. Two trades separated in time that rely on each other to be considered fair are not allowed. (Voted into law on November 14, 2023). If suspected, the standard trade dispute rules apply to the second trade.
Bench Sharing (Player Loaning): Prohibited. Trading a player(s) with the explicit agreement to trade that same player back (often used to cover bye weeks) is not permitted. (Voted into law on November 14, 2023). If suspected, the standard trade dispute rules apply to the second trade.
Trade Processing: Trades will have a 24-hour processing period and are processed automatically by Yahoo!.
Trade Disputes: If a trade is disputed, the disputing party has 24 hours to gather sufficient votes to veto the trade. Trade votes are decided by a majority, and the votes of the teams involved in the trade are counted.
Trade Deadline: The regular season trade deadline is Week 11.
Non-Playoff Team Draft Position: At the conclusion of the regular season, the draft position for all non-playoff teams is finalized.
Waiver Wire for Non-Playoff Teams: Non-playoff teams may continue to participate in waiver wire transactions to maintain the integrity of their roster. However, they are strictly prohibited from making moves intended to negatively impact playoff teams' rosters.
Playoff Schedule: Playoffs will take place in Weeks 14, 15, and 16. The top 6 teams will qualify for the playoffs.
The #1 and #2 seeds will receive a bye in Week 14.
Last Place Beer Mile:
The team finishing in last place during the regular season must complete a beer mile before the first game of the next season*.
The entire event must be video documented
A 12 oz beer (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) must be consumed entirely at the 0.25-mile, 0.5-mile, 0.75-mile, and 1-mile intervals.

Non-compliance penalty: The manager forfeits their team name for the first 6 weeks of the following regular season. The current champion will determine the new team name.
Weekly Video Recap:
The manager with the lowest points scored in a given week (excluding bye weeks or legitimate injury situations) must record a video recap.
Content can vary widely (e.g., summary of last week's outcomes, projections for next week's matchups).
The video must be uploaded to YouTube and has no length requirements. It must be shared with the league by 1:00 PM EDT/EST on the Sunday following the loss.
Required through Week 10 of the regular season. Optional thereafter.
Videos may be deleted one week after upload.
Non-compliance penalty: manager forfeits rights to their team name for 3 consecutive weeks following each instance of non-compliance. The current champion will determine the new team name.
Commissioner Non-Intervention: The League Commissioner will not intervene early in trades or push trades prior to the processing period. Furthermore, the Commissioner will not retroactively adjust rosters related to a trade under any circumstance, as per "The Fournelle Incident of September 2015."
Commissioner Veto Power: The League Commissioner retains veto power over trades, but this power can only be exercised after a league-wide vote and a direct discussion with the involved parties.

The commissioner will maintain the league website, coordinate the yearly destination draft, and manage league finances.

General Non-Participation: The league reserves the right to not extend a renewal invitation to owners demonstrating a consistent lack of responsiveness, commentary, or engagement (e.g., "Kevin Smith Incident of 2020").
Zero Tolerance for Offensive Conduct: Displaying overt racist ideals (e.g., "George Wilson Incident of 2021"), engaging in "tom-foolery," "bamboozling," "hoodwinks," "underhanded shadiness" by any member (regardless of race), "co-horting," or using "bribery, blackmail, or ransom" will not be tolerated and will result in punishment to the fullest extent of the league rules.
Freedom of Expression vs. Harmful Speech: While free expression of ideas is encouraged, "blasphemy, calumny, vilification, traducement, slander, or libel" will not be tolerated.
Draft Attire Policy: Please ensure you are wearing at least underwear while drafting or editing your team. Arousal is permitted and encouraged.
